About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Reporting Specialist to join their international reporting team. The team is responsible for producing investment and fund-related reports for internal and external stakeholders, supporting performance monitoring, exposure analysis, and transparency on investment activities.

Reports are produced on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis and are delivered to stakeholders across different seniority levels, including senior management.

Your Tasks:

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc investment and fund reports using internal data sources
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by cross-checking multiple sources and validating automated outputs
• Request and follow up on missing or delayed data from partner teams
• Deliver reports on time while managing multiple reporting deadlines
• Support internal and external stakeholders with questions regarding reports and data interpretation
• Contribute to maintaining reliable and efficient reporting processes

Your Skills:

• Experience in reporting within asset management or financial services
• Understanding of financial instruments such as fixed income, futures, swaps, and options
• Strong skills in Power BI (or similar reporting tools)
• Very good Excel skills
• Experience with Business Objects and Jira is a plus
• Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher)
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

• International team of 13 colleagues across Frankfurt, London, and Paris
• Collaborative environment with regular interaction across locations

Work Model

• Higher on-site presence expected during onboarding
• Typical setup: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote, later 3 days on-site / 2 days remote
