As SAP FI/CO Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of an ambitious SAP S/4HANA transformation, championing the design, implementation and governance of future-fit finance processes:

• Take end-to-end ownership of SAP Finance topics within a company-wide S/4HANA transformation

• Act as the key interface between Finance, Controlling, and IT, translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions

• Define and shape future-state FI/CO processes, ensuring they are standardized, compliant, and ready for global use

• Guide the organization through process harmonization, system design decisions, and implementation phases

• Steer critical activities such as testing strategies, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization

• Ensure high-quality financial data and reporting structures across international entities

• Continuously challenge existing processes and drive optimization and innovation in the finance system landscape

• Serve as a trusted sparring partner for senior stakeholders, providing clarity, structure, and direction during transformation

• 3+ years of professional SAP FI/CO experience

• Customizing & project knowledge

• SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus

• Fluent German
