About us
Our client is a well known and highly respected international consulting firm who have a comprehensive SAP portfolio from consulting and migration to SAP S/4HANA to cloud operations and application management. They have many offices around Germany and are currently seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager with knowledge of either SAP HCM or SAP FICO processes, to assume overall responsibility for complex, large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs. You will support their clients in modernising their business processes and migrating to S/4HANA, with a focus on SAP HCM, SAP finance or SAP controlling projects.
Tasks
Management and control of large SAP S/4HANA projects, including partner and stakeholder management.
Leadership and development of the project team.
Monitoring of project progress, budget and quality.
Risk and escalation management to ensure project goals are met.
Analysis, design and implementation of SAP solutions.
Consulting on business process modernization and S/4HANA transformation.
Support in portfolio development, presales and proposal preparation.
Profile
Must have several years of experience in managing large and complex SAP S/4HANA programs.
Extensive expertise in program management, ideally complemented by relevant certifications such as PMI, PMP, IPMA, Prince2
Must have good knowledge of either SAP HCM or SAP FI/CO processes.
Must have experience in S/4HANA migration projects.
Must have experience with presales and quotation preparation
Must have experience in managing multi-million Euro Program budgets.
Must be fluent in German (minimum C1 level).
Must be fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
We offer
