• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation or financial services
• In-depth knowledge of payments, tokenization or blockchain technologies
• Experience in managing complex, international projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with leadership qualities
• Excellent knowledge of English and German
