We are looking for you, with your technical expertise as a link between the real estate sector and IT, for our locations in Frankfurt and Lausanne.

What you can look forward to:

• In your role, you will support our clients in the areas of asset, portfolio, and fund management as well as real estate valuation (of direct and indirect investments).
• Depending on your expertise, you will be responsible for supporting one or more German and international client projects as a consultant and project team member/manager.
• You will contribute to the further development of innovative software solutions for real estate and portfolio management (using our immopac® and myimmopac® platforms).
• AI-based optimization of our customers' internal workflows and processes—from analysis to decision-making.

What we can look forward to:

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics/mathematics, (industrial) engineering, natural sciences, or comparable courses of study
• Depending on your level of experience, sound knowledge or initial practical experience in project management and common methods
• Initial insights and knowledge in the real estate sector are an advantage
• A high level of motivation for team-oriented collaboration, as well as enthusiasm and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new IT topics
• Very good German skills and good written and spoken English skills
