The project supports the development of a data- and AI-centric ecosystem. The focus is on a holistic architecture for data and AI projects that creates synergies between data management, technology, governance, and business. It is deployed within the framework of the DataNet digitalization platform – an infrastructure for the development and use of data products and AI applications based on modern architectural standards.

– Development of data architectures and strategies for AI-supported digitalization projects
– Creation of data models with a focus on AI readiness and future-proof data flows
– Development of an end-to-end AI learning and empowerment program for business/IT fusion
– Consulting on database designs, selection of suitable tools, and development of specifications
– Development of data integration and migration solutions
– Ensuring data integrity, security, and policy-compliant provision
– Development of data access strategies and procedures for governance and performance
– Close coordination with stakeholders from technology, business, and management

– At least 3 years of experience in requirements management for IT architectures with LLM relevance in large companies
– At least 5 years of experience in AI enablement programs for executives
– At least 7 years of experience in designing and facilitating technology-related knowledge formats (e.g., for the transportation industry)
– Proven project experience in change management and company-wide AI cultural change
– Excellent communication skills with C-level, IT, and subject matter experts (at least 5 years of experience)

– Experience in designing and implementing blended learning formats (at least 5 years)
– Experience in AI communication and strategic positioning (at least 2 projects)
– Excellent knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and cross-functional collaboration
– Conducting workshops such as design sprints / design thinking (at least 7 years)
