DevSecOps Engineer - Frankfurt - 120.000 EUR

We’re a well-established consultancy working on forward-thinking mobility projects across Germany and beyond – and we're looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing team.

With 200+ team members spread across Frankfurt, Berlin, and other key cities, we help our clients turn ambitious ideas into smart, user-focused transport solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Get hands-on in projects that shape modern public transport
  
  
• Be the go-to person for all things security
  
  
• Design and improve our DevOps platform to meet evolving team needs ⚙️
  
  
• Plan, implement & monitor security measures to keep everything safe & sound ️
  
  
• Define and enforce security policies, standards & best practices
  
  
• Automate security processes so we work smarter, not harder
  
  
• Identify and tackle security vulnerabilities proactively
  
  
• Set up robust security for cloud and Kubernetes environments ☁️
  
  
• Run audits, reviews and respond quickly to incidents ️‍♂️
  
  
• Share knowledge and build awareness across the team through training & workshops
  
  

What you bring

• A degree in Computer Science or similar – or equivalent hands-on experience
  
  
• Proven experience in a DevSecOps or IT security-focused role
  
  
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container security
  
  
• Familiarity with static & dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST)
  
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms ☁️
  
  
• Good understanding of IAM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools
  
  
• Bonus if you've worked with ISO 27001
  
  
• A DevSecOps mindset and strong team player attitude
  
  
• Leadership or mentoring experience? Even better!
