Tasks
- Understanding and maintaining SG&A cost sharing through SAP handling, automation of process and change of technological application, revision of keys on semi-annual basis, management reporting, as well as documentation
- Supporting the IT & HR department from Finance side by forecasting and budgeting of SG&A expenses, cost analysis, KPIs, reporting, SAP related questions on Internal Orders, Plan to Pay, master data etc.
- Assisting finance processes automation and digitalization
- Contributing to regular month end close activities in Central Services (SG&A variances analysis, booking corrections and comments)
- Supporting regular forecast activities in Central Services (monthly SG&A forecast update well as bi-annual budget process, including meetings with the IT & HR departments and presentations)
- Assisting controlling teams with providing information on personnel expenses (such as bonus forecast, headcount forecast)
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Financial Controlling or Accounting
- Educational background in Finance and Administration
- Curiosity about Information Technology
- Enthusiasm in automation and latest Microsoft technologies
- Very good Excel and PowerBI Skills
- Excellent English skills, German is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills
- Passionate and energetic about one's work
