• 8+ years of experience in project management / project-based work, agile methods
• Experience in the financial services industry with a focus on credit (both in the business and retail segments), in-depth knowledge of financial products and processes, and familiarity with organizational models and structures
• Knowledge of business and digital transformation, project life cycle frameworks and product implementations
• Knowledge of platform implementation, intelligent automation (RPA/AI) and analytics
• Experience in a management consultancy
• Experience in creating and presenting offers to customers, for example by answering RfPs
• Very good knowledge of German and English
