Your Mission  

As a passionate full-stack (Senior) Software Developer (m/f/d) experienced in the Windows world, your expertise will be pivotal in developing our flagship software Capmatix. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer requirements are implemented efficiently, with a keen eye on quality, compliance and performance. You will work, partly remotely, together with both our software development and product management experts, helping us to further develop and modernize our existing OTC software portfolio and new applications, enabling LPA to achieve its strategic goals.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities  

• Development of innovative applications, from prototyping to implementation of new products
• Further development of our software solutions for the capital markets business
• Analysis of complex problems and development of solutions in collaboration with motivated colleagues within and outside our cross-functional Scrum teams
• Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and concepts
• Clarification of technical questions and creation of IT concepts – with and for our customers
• In addition to this product-centered field of tasks, you will work in a team to continuously improve and automate development and deployment processes.
