Your key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out distribution tasks
- Performing various errand services
- Handling lost & found items, packages, shipping, and tracking
- Stock and inventory control
- Responding to requests using the Property Management System
- Close collaboration with all hotel departments
- Maintaining positive relationships with both guests and team members
- Ensuring cleanliness and order

- You’re eager to grow every day, learn new things, and be part of a supportive and ambitious team
- You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
- You handle complaint management at the highest level
- Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and English—any additional language is a plus
