Tasks
- Maintaining and updating Portfolio dashboards and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike)
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement discussions
- Supporting project onboarding and closure activities, including the documentation and archiving of Project Data
- Technically developing and enhancing Program Management processes and reporting using Wrike Integrate and Power BI
- Technically developing and enhancing the Automation rules in Wrike software
- Supporting project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
- Assisting in preparing project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Helping with project coordination, follow-ups, and task assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master student in the filed of Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Basic proficiency in one or a few programming languages
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Tools
- Comfortable in reading and understanding moderately complex technical logics (Visual Basic, Power Automate)
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI
- General technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility and creativity to work in program structures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- First experience in project management and Wrike software would be a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills; German language skills would be a plus
