This is a key position in a newly established team and business vertical, that blends commercial acumen with technical expertise.
As SunExpress Holidays’ Product Lead you will play a central role in creating digital solutions for the customer journey, define strategy and product objectives for the responsible area and deliver personalised and dynamic user experiences together with a cross-functional team.

- Develop a deep understanding of the "why" behind customer needs within the holiday segment, crafting a clear product strategy and defining objectives for both the immediate area and beyond.
- Lead the creation of digital solutions that enhance the customer journey
- Focus on delivering innovative and dynamic user experiences with the support of a cross-functional team.
- Partner closely with commercial teams, developers, and stakeholders to define the product roadmap, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Manage product backlogs, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure that all teams have a clear understanding of product requirements.
- Be deeply data-obsessed, using analytics, A/B testing, user feedback, market research, and competitor analysis to guide product decisions and improve user engagement.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and use insights to optimize features and drive improvements.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends within the travel and e-commerce sectors.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, product management, best practices in travel & leisure and/or commercial aviation
- Experience in developing and launching e-commerce websites and applications.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize competing demands, make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in co-working with UX/UI designers, developers, and data analysts to build and optimize digital products.
- Knowledge of product management methods like product discovery, design thinking and product delivery methods and record of implementing/utilizing them in daily work.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; German/Turkish is a plus.
- Experience in dynamic packaging systems and integrations with online travel agencies.
- Familiar with travel industry standards and technologies, such as GDS, PNR, or distribution channels.
- Familiar with travel API frameworks and platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).
