I'm currently recruiting for a German-speaking Team Leader Product Manager position (m/f/d) in the payment solutions sector with a renowned German banking group at their Frankfurt branch. While prior leadership experience is not mandatory, strong knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements (BAIT, MaRisk, DORA) is highly valued for this role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Languages & Education: You are fluent in German and English at a negotiation level and have successfully completed a degree in economics, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in FinTech, the financial industry, tech companies, start-ups, or strategy consulting. You also have experience managing complex product initiatives together with Tech, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other areas, which include technical and regulatory requirements (e.g., BAIT, MaRisk, PSD2, DORA).
• Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of digital products, platforms, end-to-end processes, and cross-functional collaboration. You identify new product ideas and develop customer-oriented features with a true customer-first approach.
• Work Style: You work in a structured and entrepreneurial manner, take ownership of your tasks, and combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality.
• Agile Methods: You are confident using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or OKR.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: You make decisions based on data and communicate clearly and convincingly to various audiences.
• Collaboration: You excel at presenting complex topics in an understandable way and thrive when working with cross-functional teams.
