This department is responsible for the technical availability of our flight simulators. The basis of our activities lies in the balance between maintaining operations and support tasks for the continuous improvement of the simulators. In doing so, we ensure the highest possible technical availability of the supported devices for our customers 7 days a week.

The flight simulator technicians (m/f/d) are responsible as first level support for troubleshooting and rectifying complaints about technical equipment and systems.
They carry out maintenance work and check that it is carried out correctly. They also ensure that the technical documentation for system components is complete and up to date.
Your tasks will include:
- Repairing, maintaining and overhauling the flight simulators under your care, in particular the visual systems
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work
- Being the contact person and first level support for our customers
- Daily provision of training equipment
- Repairing electrical assemblies
- Carrying out software and hardware modifications according to manufacturer specifications
- Documenting the work carried out in the MRO system used
- Preparing and implementing certificates required by the authorities
