We are looking for the next possible date for an experienced

Your tasks

• Advising travel agencies and end customers on high-quality group tours and individual trips to the Galapagos Islands and other regions of South America
• Processing bookings, managing contingents, careful preparation and follow-up of trips and preparing all necessary documents
• Purchase of tourism services, initial calculation of travel prices and preparation of offers
• Checking and approving texts for catalogs, websites and other advertising measures in collaboration with the marketing team
• Support with trade fair appearances and customer events
• Developing new trips and enhancing existing programs

Your qualification

• Tourism training and/or several years of professional experience with a tour operator or in a specialized travel agency
• Confident handling of PC and MS Office, especially Excel Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and very good knowledge of Spanish and English
• Knowledge of the destination region Galapagos and South America is desirable
• Service-oriented thinking, humor and friendliness, even when things get hectic
• Independent, assertive and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent, high reliability and very careful work in the planning and execution of trips
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
