• Designing and create communication elements like posts, videos and other visual deliverables
• Film and create videos to communicate financial topics in a creative way
• Participate and drive creative concepts and campaigns.
• Writing texts and publications in English and German
• Contribute to our website strategy with excellent content
• Expanding our presence in social media
• Establishing new external communication channels and media
• Organizing and running campaigns and journeys via Hubspot
• Analyzing markets and competitors
• Working on the continuous development and improvement of our internal communication channels and activities

• Degree in graphic or media design or similar experience
• Experience working in a (in-house) agency, managing various activities and campaigns.
• Experience in developing and implementing PR and communication activities across various channels
• Excellent German and English communication skills (oral and written)
• Affinity for capital markets
• Firm use of digital tools like Hubspot or Content Management System
• Structured, accurate and independent way of working
• Strong commitment and team spirit
