• Coordinate and manage a monthly content plan for the Chinese market in close collaboration with an external freelancer based in China
• Create organic social media content (photos, videos and articles) for Frankfurt School’s Chinese social media channels (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Weibo)
• Conduct and coordinate interviews with current students and alumni and transform them into engaging social media articles and posts
• Monitor key social media performance metrics (e.g. follower growth, reach, engagement) and support the optimisation of content based on insights
• Ensure that all content is linguistically accurate and aligned with Frankfurt School’s brand guidelines and the target audience’s expectations

• Fluent (native-level) Chinese with excellent written and spoken proficiency in English or German
• Ideally, prior experience working with Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu and Weibo
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content ideas and formats for social media
• Organised, reliable and able to manage tasks independently
• Involvement in student initiatives and a good network within the Chinese-speaking student community at Frankfurt School is a plus
