Our Manager Relations & Client Projects team is the central point of contact for external portfolio managers from all over the world. We operate as an interface for all day-to-day tasks in the institutional fund business. The position is based in Frankfurt m Main.

What you will do

• You will coordinate work with internal specialist departments and external portfolio managers to ensure efficient and effective processes in various areas of the asset management industry- including risk management, investment compliance, trade support and accounting
• You will monitor compliance with the investment guidelines in the portfolios, clarify any breaches with the external portfolio managers and the compliance department and assess their financial impact
• In addition, you will work closely with our account managers to develop customized solutions (e.g. reports, data) that are tailored to the needs of our clients
• The responsibility for the (administrative) management of master KVG mandates for our institutional clients forms the core of this position

What you bring

• Enrolled student of Economics, Finance (or a comparable field of study) with at least two completed semesters
• Interest in the asset management industry, ideally proven by internships
• Good written and spoken language skills (both German and English) are a must
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate and work in a team
