As working student in the Digital Platform & Enablement T eam , you support the daily operation of the Learning Management System and contribute to scaling digital learning across the organization by assisting colleagues with LMS-related tasks across multiple regions and accelerating global eLearning delivery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate the LMS: Create courses, upload training assets, manage enrollments, run reminder workflows, and generate reports.
Create & Publish eLearning Content: Prepare SCORM/xAPI packages, perform functional and accessibility checks, and coordinate updates with content owners.
Learner Support & Troubleshooting: Handle tickets from learners and managers, investigate login or notification issues, and document fixes and FAQs.
Project & Change Support: Contribute to learning and change management projects within the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
Enrolled Student: Actively studying Education, Psychology, Business Informatics, or a similar field with an affinity for IT.
Curious About Digital Learning: Ideally, you have experience with LMS administration and eLearning tools such as Docebo and Articulate—and you’re eager to learn more.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You enjoy structured work, clear documentation, and solving problems with precision.
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable exploring new tools and technologies.
Strong Communicator: Skilled at creating communication assets for new learning initiatives within Merz.
- Language Skills: Very good English; German is a plus for supporting local teams.
The position requires an availability of approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum duration of 12 months
