Your future challenges:

• You will support our Talent Acquisition and Recruiting throughout the entire application process – from job postings and candidate screening to interview coordination and ensuring a great candidate experience.
• You will actively contribute to Employer Branding initiatives – such as creating social media content, helping organize career events, or developing creative ideas to strengthen our employer brand.
• You will assist in organizing and implementing People & Culture projects – for example, in the areas of onboarding, internal communication, or feedback formats.
• You will help further develop our Workplace Experience – whether it’s planning team offsites, shaping our office environment, or supporting wellbeing initiatives.
• You will take on tasks in the daily HR operations and manage your own small projects – with real ownership.
• You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across teams and gain broad insights into the world of People, Talent, and Company Culture.

Your Skills:

• You are currently enrolled as a student – ideally in business, social sciences, psychology, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in HR and People topics – especially Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding.
• You work in a structured and independent way and have a good sense for people and processes.
• You’re eager to contribute in a dynamic environment with plenty of room for creativity and ideas.
• You communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently – in both German and English.
• First practical experience in recruiting, event management, or internal communication is a plus – but not a must!
