We are very urgently searching for experienced SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) professionals to join a very good client of ours in Germany.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central
• Strong background in implementation projects, customisation, and process mapping
• Ability to work directly with customers in a consulting and delivery-focused environment
• German language skills at C1 level or higher (mandatory)
• Based anywhere within Germany (hybrid or fully remote work is possible)
