This further includes to manage product improvement and quality programs or to contribute to marketing initiatives ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction with our existing product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • De v e l o p i ng g l o b a l b u s i n e s s s t r ate g y i n c l u d i n g s i t u a t i on a n a l ys i s , p r i ci ng s tra t e g y , r e gi s tra t i on p l a n n i n g, d ef i n i ng n e e ds f or e v i d e n c e g e n erat i o n, s e g m e nt a t i o n , t a r g et i n g, p o s i t i o n i n g , re v e n ue f ore c a s t i ng
  • E x e c ut i ng p ortf o l i o strat e gy a n d m a rk e t i ng p l a n s to a c h i e v e b u si n e s s g o a l s ; re c o m m e nd d i r e c t i on a n d pro d u c t p o si t i o n i ng f or a ss i g n ed produc t s a n d li n es
  • Identifying and defining product improvement and quality programs for our existing portfolio, and contributing to product quality programs as necessary
  • M a i nt a i n i ng k n ow l e d g e o f m a rk ets, c u s to m er n e e d s , a n d c o m p e t i t i v e l a n d sc a p e
  • L e a d i n g t h e p r e p a r a t i on of b u s i n e s s c a s es a n d d e f i n i t i on of pro d u c t req u i r e m e n ts i n c l o s e c o o p e r a t i o n w i th customer insights, market development or our c o m m e rci al or g a n i z at i o n s s e c ur i ng t o m e et c u s to m er n e e d s a n d v a li d at e d re v e n ue ex p e c ta ti o n s
  • Coor d i n a t i n g e f f orts w i t h R & D, O p e r a t i o ns, Regulatory Affairs or Medical Scientific Affairs to s u p p ort pro d u c t d e s i gn through all stages of product development until commercial release
  • De s i g n i n g a m a rk e t i ng m i x a n d g o - to - m ar k et s trat e g i es to cr e a te c o m p et i t i v e a d v a nt a g e, i n c o ll a b o r a t i o n w i th c u s t o m e r m a rk e t i n g.
  • S u p p o r t i ng w orl d w i d e b u s i n e s s growth ( s h o r t and l o ng - te r m) w i t h c l e arly d ef i n e d g o al s , o b j e c t i v e s , cr i t i c al s u cc e s s f a c tor s , t i m e l i n e s , b u d g ets a n d a c t i o n i t e m s
  • P r o v i d i ng s u p p ort to the g l o b a l s a l es o r g a n i z at i o n s , i n cl u d i ng K O L a nd c u s t o m e r vis i t s .

Education

  • University degree in natural science (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, etc.)
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA is strongly preferred

Experience

  • Several years of global marketing experience in diagnostics, life science, or medical device industry, including product development, product improvement programs, and commercial strategy/tactics within a highly regulated, international environment
  • Experience in the autoimmune disease market and knowledge of autoimmune testing (strong plus)
  • 2–5 years of local customer-facing experience in sales, customer service, or local marketing
  • Demonstrated success collaborating and communicating in an intercultural environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with KOLs in close partnership with Medical Affairs

  • Strong leadership, personnel management, and communication skills that inspire and motivate in a global cross-functional organization
  • Desire to drive continuous improvement while recognizing team achievements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and integrate customer insights, draw conclusions, and translate findings into portfolio strategies and business recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills in English, effective across all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to present high-level information to diverse audiences including scientists, executives, and non-experts
  • Excellent strategic thinking with solid written and verbal communication abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications
