Quality and Organization Manager (m/f/d)

To actively further develop our business processes, we are looking for a committed individual to fill a newly created position at our headquarters in Freiburg who is passionate about both quality and recruiting. This combination stems from the close connection to organizational development and leads to a varied and exciting position in the Finance, Organization & Quality team. The role offers direct collaboration with senior management as well as a wide range of creative opportunities and prospects for further development.

Your responsibilities in the area of quality (approx. 60%)

• Further development and optimization of our quality management system
• Development and maintenance of QM guidelines and process descriptions
• Preparation, support, and implementation of internal and external audits
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards within the company
• Supporting management in organizational development
• Coordination of compliance, data protection, sustainability, etc. within the company

Your responsibilities in the area of recruiting (approx. 40%)

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process
• Creation of attractive job advertisements and selection of suitable recruiting channels
• Active candidate search (active sourcing) via platforms such as LinkedIn, XING, StepStone, etc.
• Conducting (video) telephone and face-to-face interviews
• Supporting applicants throughout all stages of the process, right through to onboarding
• Working closely with the specialist departments and management on personnel requirements planning and personnel selection
• Further developing our recruiting strategy and employer branding activities

Your profile:

• Completed degree, ideally in industrial engineering, economics/law, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, further training as a quality manager
• Several years of professional experience in quality management and, if possible, experience in recruiting
• Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of reliability
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Structured, independent way of working and a good sense of people
• Discretion, loyalty, and enjoyment of working with senior management
• Very good German and good English skills
