Software Engineer OT (m/f/d)

We are a successful service company with many years of experience in the planning and implementation of software and hardware projects in all areas of industrial automation. We have seen a strong increase in requests for large and individual solutions from our customers in various industries . To ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with optimum support in the future, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of software development for our location in Freiburg.

Your tasks

• Development and programming of PLC and visualization software for new systems as well as adaptations of existing systems
• Testing control systems and visualizations in our development environment
• Commissioning (cold and warm commissioning) in Germany, the DACH region and occasionally internationally
• Date monitoring, installation support and technical documentation
• Service calls and technical support for our customers

Your profile

• Completed electrotechnical training or studies in the field of automation technology
• In-depth knowledge of PLC programming, especially with Siemens S7 (TIA Portal, S7-SCL), preferably also in a high-level language
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems such as WinCC, ideally also with Zenon from Copa-Data
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good knowledge of English
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and an independent way of working
