Ihre Aufgaben
This is a one-year fixed-term contract which may be extended to 3 years (funded by SNF)
- Bring ideas to the research topic
- Establish or improve various experimental techniques
- Conduct laboratory research using pharmacological, molecular and biochemical tools
- Organize and analyze data, write publications
- Collaborate with a network of investigators internally and externally
- Publish and present findings in international meetings and journals
- Supervise MA students contributing to the research (part-time)
Gewünschtes Profil
- Highly motivated and curious individual with strong interest in pharmacology, cell signaling, and cellular metabolism
- MSc in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular or Cell Biology, or related field
- Practical experience in cell culture, molecular biology, biochemistry and gasotransmitters (experience working with mice is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary international team
- Good written and spoken English skills
