What you should bring with you
Medical qualification: Completed training as a paramedic (including successful basic training), first responder, paramedic, emergency paramedic, medical assistant or health and nursing assistant
Driving license: Class B
Minimum age: 21 years
Passenger transport license: Optional – we support you in obtaining it!
Leadership and organizational skills: Ideally experience in team coordination or operations management
Your tasks
Team leadership: Coordination and leadership of the team for optimal operations during the shift
Contact person: Central contact person for on-site employees to ensure smooth processes
Policy control: Monitoring company policies to ensure high quality
Condition control: Inspection of vehicles, guards and hand stores for constant operational readiness
Duty planning: Participation in duty planning and logistics for efficient operational organization
Documentation: Preparation of reports on operations and conditions according to specifications
Training support: Supporting new employees through training and induction
