To strengthen our practice team at the Medical Care Center "An der Weißeritz", Freital, we are looking for you as soon as possible as
part-time (30 h / week)
What to expect
- You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk, administrative activities such as documenting treatment processes, recording services (according to EBM/GOÄ) or changing patient status are also part of your range of tasks
- You will coordinate the care of chronically ill patients who use special medical devices for insulin administration (insulin pumps) and continuous glucose monitoring
- Laboratory activities such as blood sampling are also part of your everyday work
- They are in close contact with the inpatient diabetes department of the Helios Weißeritztalkliniken Freital
- They work in the team of a nationally recognized special outpatient clinic for diabetes technology under the direction of the chief physician of diabetology
- You will take on activities that can be delegated by a doctor
What you bring to the table
- You have completed training as a medical assistant or similar qualification (m/f/d)
- An empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you
- Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector, especially in service recording and billing according to EBM and GOÄ
- You work in a service-oriented manner and convince with your friendliness and professionalism
- You are characterized by enthusiasm for new things and the willingness to undergo further education and training, team spirit, a cooperative attitude and reliability
- Legally required proof of immunization against measles
