To strengthen our team in the MVZ in Freital, we are looking for you on 01.01.2026 as

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) for the orthopaedics department

part-time (approx. 30 h / week)

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will be involved in the coordination and management of all patient-related activities for the daily practice routine
• This includes assisting doctors and attending consultations as well as supporting the preparation of examinations and treatments
• Laboratory activities such as blood sampling or wound care are also part of your daily work routine
• Your range of tasks will also include administrative activities such as documenting treatment procedures, recording services and changing patient statuses
• You will also assist with the billing of services rendered (EBM / GOÄ)

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector, especially in service recording and billing according to EBM and GOÄ - career starters are also welcome
• You work in a service-oriented manner and impress with your friendliness and professionalism
• A sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you
• Enthusiasm for new things and a willingness for further education and training, team spirit, a cooperative attitude and reliability characterize you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
