If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you:As a Supply Quality Manager at our Lengau site , you will take ownership of quality assurance for our external welding and plastic suppliers.Your responsibilities will include evaluating and supporting sub-suppliers, conducting audits, and actively guiding your suppliers in their continuous improvement journey.Your goal: to ensure the highest quality standards and foster long-term, sustainable partnerships.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of supplier audits within the department in accordance with the global audit plan, as well as monitoring of relevant quality KPIs and implementation of appropriate corrective action
- Continuous qualitative development of our products in close collaboration with internal departments and suppliers, including planning and support of sampling processes during supplier approvals
- Evaluation and continuous improvement of quality processes together with suppliers to ensure consistently high product quality
- Monitoring and further development of supplier quality performance
- Identification and coordination of key complaint areas and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship/master craftsman) e.g welding, milling etc or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Several years of experience in quality management/quality assurance or customer service
- Production knowledge in mechanical processing and welding
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting in complex systems, as well as intercultural competence and strong communication skills in an international environment
- Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel approximately 45% within Europe

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
