Sie arbeiten im operativen Supply-Chain-Umfeld und stellen die termingerechte Materialversorgung sowie die Performance entlang der Lieferkette sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben
– Mitarbeit bei der New Product Introduction (NPI) im Supply-Chain-Umfeld
– Überprüfung und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung im ERP-System
– Analyse von Verzögerungen und Priorisierung gemäß Bedarf der Montagelinien und des Kundensupports
– Steuerung kurz- und langfristiger Maßnahmenpläne bei Fehlteilen, Nachrüstungen oder Logistikthemen
– Tägliche Überwachung der Supply-Chain-Performance vom Wareneingang bis zum Versand
– Abstimmung mit Lieferanten sowie Steuerung von Rückführungs- und Bestandsprozessen

Ihr Profil
– Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium z. B. in Betriebswirtschaft oder Supply Chain Management
– Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain oder Logistik
– Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
– Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
– Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
– Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

Your tasks
– Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within supply chain
– Ensuring proper order processing and data maintenance in the ERP system
– Analysing delays and prioritising according to assembly line and customer support needs
– Steering short- and long-term action plans related to shortages and logistics improvements
– Monitoring daily supply chain performance from inbound to shipment
– Cooperating with suppliers and managing return and inventory processes

Your profile
– Commercial training or degree in business administration or supply chain management
– Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations
– Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP
– Structured and independent way of working
– Strong communication skills
– German and English business fluent
