Aufgabe:

Support in the implementation and maintenance of the GRC module in ServiceNow Collaboration with various departments to identify requirements for GRC processes and to map them in ServiceNow Participation in the analysis and optimization of existing processes in the area of governance, risk, and compliance Support in the implementation of new features and modules Assistance in training and supporting end users in using the GRC module Creation of documentation and reports Conducting tests and quality assurance measures Support the development and maintenance of additional applications within the existing tool landscape

Qualifikation:

Degree in Computer Science, Business and Computer Science, or a comparable qualification (or equivalent practical experience) Basic knowledge of the application and administration of ServiceNow is an advantage but not mandatory Interest in governance, risk, and compliance management Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented working style Team player with good communication skills Independent and structured working style Good English skills, both written and spoken
