Starting from November 1st, 2025, we are looking for you as an Operational Purchaser (gn), initially on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave. After this period, the option for an extension will be considered. This position is offered in a hybrid working model at our production site in Fulda-Lehnerz, either full-time or part-time.

Your Role

• Stay on top: Take ownership of selected electronic product groups within strategic series and project procurement.
• Drive efficiency: Oversee component planning and delivery scheduling in operational purchasing.
• Keep things running smoothly: Proactively resolve supply shortages, prioritize orders, and manage investment goods purchasing according to demand.
• Build the foundation: Maintain and update master data within your area of responsibility.
• Think ahead: Continuously monitor and adjust planning parameters to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate closely: Work in partnership with the purchasing team, customer management, and production to achieve the best results.

Your Skills

• Requirements: Successfully completed commercial/business apprenticeship
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in procurement/operations, ideally within the electronics industry; proficient in MS Office and SAP knowledge is a plus
• Key Strengths & Competencies: Strong negotiation skills; analytical, self-motivated, team-oriented; solution-, goal-, and process-driven
• Languages: Fluency in German and English
