We are looking for you as a Working Student Finance (gn) at our headquarters in Fulda, starting as soon as possible.

Your Role

• You will support the team in booking business transactions of our national and international branches
• Assisting with the checking and booking of material cost invoices and incoming goods invoices
• Travel expense reports
• Booking of credit card statements
• You will be involved in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• You will actively participate in project work
• You will gain an intensive insight into the general activities of processing and accounting
• SAP master data maintenance is also part of your area of responsibility

Your Skills

• You are preferably studying in an economics degree program (with a focus on Finance & Accounting)
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the field of finance and have found your professional goal in it
• Good general understanding of business contexts
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• You are well versed in Microsoft Office
• You have a confident and friendly appearance
• You are characterized by your independent and autonomous way of working
• You have a quick grasp and good organizational skills
• Team spirit, ambition, persistence, reliability and flexibility are your greatest strengths

Nice-to-have

• Previous knowledge of finance and controlling
• Initial knowledge of SAP
