This established Thames Valley-based Employment Law firm is expanding and seeks a dynamic Employment Lawyer to join its team. You will work with employers and executives across various sectors, including Education , Software and Retail .

Your Role :

• Provide expert employment law advice to both employers and employees
• Advise on settlement agreements , tribunal litigation , and the enforcement of restrictive covenants
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases and High/County Court matters
• Offer counsel on non-contentious employment matters such as drafting employment contracts , policies , and procedures

About you :

• Proven experience in contentious employment matters
• Ability to manage both litigation and advisory work
• Familiarity with Employment Tribunal and Court procedures
• A team player with a proactive and client-focused approach
