Mid-Principal Gameplay Programmer

Location : Fully remote or France, Paris

We have the ambition to create the most polished anime app, using official IPs for the first time ever outside of Japan!

You'll partner with our production team to build the main mechanics of our mobile app. Implement features from the gameplay to the shaders and contribute to the development of our app. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the future of Manga & Anime global and official content.

Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Lead Game Prog and Producer.
• Develop with the design docs and the constraints of the licensor in mind.
• Iterate directly with the others teams (Art and Design) to build the new features of the game.
• Integrate the new assets from the art team in the app.
• Help to maintain the stability of the app.

Experience:
• Used to follow GD documents from other departments and work with them.
• Used to work with Unity Technologies
• Able to follow and challenge a design and creative direction from existing documents.
• Experience in mobile development (personal or professional)
• Preferably exp of 4x strategy games or similar midcore content.
• Professional English
• Bonus: Good Manga culture
