Your mission

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and use cases for Isarsoft Perception
- Work in tandem with the engineering team to align the product roadmap with the needs of current and potential customers
- Ensure customer requirements are addressed by the engineering team and helping to prioritize them effectively
- Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements through in-depth technical conversations and workshops
- Investigate new product development opportunities driven by the strategic understanding of customer needs

Your profile

- Proven experience in direct interactions with end-users, either as an application engineer or developer
- Knowledge of best practices in large-scale software development
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on resolving customer issues
- Practical experience in SQL, Python, and using APIs/SDKs
- Proficiency in both English and German

Additional Assets

- Familiarity with Docker / Linux
- Startup experience
