For our client, Arc´teryx in Garching, we are immediately filling the following position:

JUNIOR RETAIL BRAND MARKETING SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

• Support the implementation and localization of seasonal campaigns (e.g., window displays, in-store elements, graphics, product communication) across the EMEA retail landscape, including wholesale shop-in-shops and branded partner spaces
• Assist in the project management of new shop-in-shop concepts – including planning, design coordination, budgeting, procurement, supplier coordination, and installation
• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify new shop-in-shop and branded space opportunities aligned with the EMEA retail strategy
• Support the communication and coordination with agencies, suppliers, and installation teams, including quotation management and contract follow-up
• Act as an interface with global brand teams to adapt and implement regional requirements
• Contribute to seasonal trade marketing plans for key wholesale partners across the EMEA region
• Assist in the production and management of in-store materials (POP, store supplies, inventory), including order processing and budget tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Design, or a related field
• Initial professional experience (e.g., internships or working student roles) in retail marketing, trade marketing, or project management
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and markets
• High level of initiative, curiosity, and attention to detail
• Good understanding of brand communication and an interest in retail environments and shop-in-shop concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tools such as Asana, Monday, Trello, or Smartsheet is a plus
• Passion for the brand, retail environments, and an active, outdoor lifestyle
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills (e.g., German or French) are an advantage
