At UnternehmerTUM, visions turn into value. Our teams empower innovation enthusiasts to take entrepreneurial action. Together with start-ups and established companies, we drive tech start-ups forward - from the first idea to market leadership. In collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and entrepreneur Susanne Klatten, we have been supporting future-forward start-ups such as Celonis, Konux, Lilium, inveox and Isar Aerospace since 2002.

At UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, we find and promote the entrepreneurial potential of individuals who shape our future. Every year, we train thousands of students, scientists, leaders, and professionals in intensive learning formats - true to our values: transformative, appreciative, sustainable. Our customers and partners are companies, foundations and public funding partners.

Deine Aufgaben

Within the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, the Manage and More program for outstanding entrepreneurial talents is the most intensive and selective program for students we offer: Every semester, 20 students with extraordinary commitment are selected to train as intra- and entrepreneurs for three semesters. In an interdisciplinary community they learn how to develop business ideas, design innovation and discover their own leadership style.

As a Marketing Working Student of UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, you become part of our dynamic team and join our mission to enable individuals to create a better tomorrow! Together, we define your responsibilities depending on your skills and interests within the following fields:

• You create engaging content (text, graphic content, potentially video) for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn) that helps us further grow our follower count and engagement

• You come up with creative content ideas about Manage and More, e.g. our community, our vision, our projects, our alumni, and our partners

• You promote Manage and More at fair booths, on-site and online events and inspire the target group for our program.

• You have creative ideas for the design of meaningful and inspiring posters, flyers, stickers and giveaways and are ready to implement them and place them with the target group.

• You'll do all of this in close collaboration with a team of Manage and More fellows who are just as passionate about our program marketing as you are

• You’ll also work closely with the Manage and More program management team and other UnternehmerTUM colleagues responsible for marketing the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators

Dein Profil

• Students (f/m/d) of all disciplines
• Effective and charming communication skills in written and spoken English and German
• Ability to think in an agile and customer-centric way and at the same time you approach your tasks in a structured and data-driven manner
• High affinity for relevant social media channels and a good sense for target group-relevant topics as well as Gen Z interests and needs
• Superior team player qualities and the ability to work productively with diverse people
• Creativity, an entrepreneurial hands-on mindset and a can do attitude
• Confident use of graphics programs such as Photoshop or Canva desirable
• Interest in or first touchpoints with our innovation and startup ecosystem
