Reception and switchboard clerk (m/f/d) part-time 50 – 80 % (preferably in the afternoon)
As a Reception & Switchboard Clerk (m/f/d) at our company location in Gechingen (Stuttgart / Calw), you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors and responsible for office organization and administrative tasks.
What you can expect:
- Staffing the reception desk and switchboard and therefore the first point of contact for visitors, business partners and employees, including answering and transferring calls
- Reception of visitors and guests, partly with catering
- Office management and correspondence as well as administrative and organizational support for the management
- Assistance with administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and drinks
- Preparation and coordination of customer appointments for the management and events
- Support with hotel bookings for our assembly staff and management
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training in the field of office communication or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in assistance and / or reception
- Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and initiative
