Your tasks
- You support our teams in backoffice activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- You prepare and process documents, maintain data and contribute to efficient internal workflows
- You handle incoming calls in a professional manner and forward them to the right contact
- You actively contribute to process optimisation and support internal projects
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Committed, reliable and team-oriented personality with a structured way of working and strong organisational skills
- Affinity for numbers, precise working style and analytical mindset
- Solid IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in French and English
