For an important client operating in the construction sector, we are looking for a BIM Specialist MEP to support the coordination and management of BIM models, with a particular focus on the MEP discipline.

Main Responsibilities

• Active participation in interdisciplinary model coordination, performing code detection and clash detection.
• Development of Dynamo scripts to automate routine processes, manage data, generate reports, and improve productivity.
• Support in the modeling and parameterization of MEP systems in Revit.
• Extraction of data, schedules, tables, and documents from BIM models for quantity take-off control.
• Support in drafting the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and applying project requirements.
• Collaboration with design teams and MEP specialists to solve technical issues in federated models.
• Management of open exchange formats such as IFC and interaction with CDE environments in compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650, UNI 11337).
• Final management of IFC models with COBie protocol.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in the construction sector.
• Proficiency in clash and code detection software such as Solibri, Navisworks, or Dalux.
• Autonomy in Revit MEP modeling.
• Basic knowledge of 4D and 5D BIM software (Bexel Manager, Synchro, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo (scripts for parameter management, quality control, automation).
• Familiarity with local and international BIM standards: ISO 19650, UNI 11337.
• Good communication skills and aptitude for multidisciplinary teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of collaborative/cloud tools (Dalux, Autodesk ACC, BIM Collab, etc.).
• Experience in MEP design using parametric models and creating custom families.
• Knowledge of English and Italian; French is a plus.
