Job details
For one of our clients, an international commodity trading company, we are looking to recruit a Geneva-based Senior Ethanol Trader to develop a trading activity from scratch.
Your mission :
- Develop and execute trading strategies for ethanol
- Identify commercial opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and negotiate purchase and sales contracts
- Manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners, ensuring seamless transaction execution
- Oversee operations through to final delivery, in close coordination with shipping, finance, and back-office teams
- Act as the key interface between local market challenges and the global performance imperatives
Your profile :
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Trader in Ethanol
- Able to establish a business plan
- Very good analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Strong academic background
- Fluent in English, any other languages an asset
