For our client, we are looking for a
Conference Technology Assistant :
The main goal is to support, prepare, troubleshoot and monitor virtual meetings and ensure that all the required steps are followed in terms of event setup, troubleshooting and logistics to ensure the smooth running of the meeting. Incumbents will report to the Team Leader in charge of virtual meetings.
Main Missions :
Main Missions :
- Preparation and assistance with podium activities for Interprefy/Zoom.
- Delegate onboarding (sound check and troubleshooting).
- Meeting monitoring and delegate troubleshooting throughout the meeting.
- Coordination and communication on technical support with Interprefy/Zoom, conference technical group, IT team and Web team.
- Preparation of statistics according to demand.
- Proven experience as a conference operator/moderator
- Strong command of virtual meeting platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, Webex
- Proficient in MS Office
- English: minimum advanced level (C1) – working environment is English-only
- Accurate, organized, service-oriented, flexible, and easy-going personality
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
