Your Commitment will include

• Handle access requests, provisioning/deprovisioning, and troubleshoot user access issues
• Coordinate periodic access reviews and enforce RBAC-based governance
• Oversee secrets management (creation, renewal, secure handling)
• Document all operational IAM processes and support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal IAM/security teams to align on best practices and provide tactical support
• Contribute to the onboarding of partner applications into SSO, working closely with product/security teams
• Provide hands-on administration of Entra ID groups, B2B identities, and SSO configurations

Achieving the difference requires

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Entra ID in enterprise hybrid environments
• Hands-on knowledge of identity federation standards: SAML, SCIM, OpenID Connect, OAuth2
• Experience implementing and maintaining Conditional Access policies
• Familiarity with partner/B2B identity management and guest access scenarios
• Solid understanding of RBAC concepts and access review cycles
• Experience with troubleshooting user access issues in federated and cloud environments
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Graph API) is a plus, but not required
• Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while integrating with existing IAM/Security teams
• Fluency in French, English technical understanding required
