HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

In phase with the Maison’s strategic priorities, the Organization Department supports business development by leading organization and transformation programs, providing advice and tools to build effective and efficient organizations, and to create the conditions for business success.

The department is accountable for enhancing organizational effectiveness monitored by a concrete set of KPIs and supporting the business for designing, developing, and implementing organizational development strategies and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and foster a high-performance culture.

The department is attached to the CHRO and outputs shared and validated by International Executive Committee.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing organization / transformation projects mandated by the Executive Committee within the Maison for a set of Business Units as well as Central functions.

It requires to build a sparring partnership with business leaders to coach and support them in their organizational efficiency development, in phase with their strategic ambition; and a hand-in-hand and transversal working mode with Business, HR, and Finance colleagues.

Organization Manager aligns project goals with the organization's strategic objectives and ensures effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. He/she acts as a keeper for its scope consistency and performance of organization set-ups across the Maison and in the relationship between the Maison and the Group.

Organizational Assessment & Alerts:

  • Analyze data from Organization, Business and HR, performance metrics, and other sources to diagnose organizational challenges and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough organizational audits to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes, and culture.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to ExCo based on quantitative and qualitative assessment findings, create consensus for final recommendations to be made to business.

Programs and Projects Management

  • Oversee the development and implementation of reorganization/transformation programs and initiatives through supporting the senior leaders in charge: from the assessment and design to the implementation and change management and teams’ support Understand strategies and translate it into Organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive OD strategies and initiatives that support the strategic objectives.
  • Animate leadership teams (Regions, HQ) through collaborative workshop to create alignment in defining a target, raise the stakes and draft the transformation roadmap.
  • Evaluate organizational structures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Design and implement organizational restructuring initiatives to optimize performance and agility.
  • Manage continuous improvement initiatives for its scope of responsibilities – intervene in process redesign, workshops animation across teams to foster transversal work and align on rituals, roles, accountabilities.

Change Management:

  • Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop change management plans and tools to support successful implementation of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
  • Coach and support leaders in effectively managing change within their teams.

Sparring Partnership & Stakeholders engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior leaders on organizational development matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, HR Business Partners, Talents, C&B, Finance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for OD initiatives.
  • Actively solicit feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve OD programs and services.

Org. Practice development

  • Develop tools (diagnosis / Data points / Data visualization / AI powered analysis) to better understand and anticipate trends and changes, to develop proactivity and stay ahead.
  • Link Org. metrics to HR metrics for more comprehensive approach and understanding and generally Feed and people and organization partnership to develop further consistent and comprehensive HR practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Develop learning content and spread it throughout the HR community as well as Business leaders, to ensure more autonomy in their org. diagnosis and drive efficiency.
  • Contribute to the Strategic Workforce Planning Process together with HR colleagues and business partners
  • Explore external best practices, provide external benchmarks.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Master’s degree / Business School / MBA with 5-10 years experience in Luxury international in operations / Strategic functions or consulting tier 1 firm
  • Proven track record of success in transversal project management, strategic planning, analytics / Finance
