The Market Data Procurement Team manages a diverse global portfolio comprising over 300 providers. We proudly support more than 1,200 internal clients across all Vitol offices worldwide.

Job Description

• Supervise and manage Market Data & Software Procurement contracts
• Oversee contract archiving, invoicing and payment process
• Manage user set ups and accesses, input data and update tracking sheets
• Further improve procurement procedures and workflows
• Assist with and eventually take over contract negotiations, and supplier relationships management
• Develop reporting/BI tools to track trends, and identify cost reduction opportunities
• Assist with other projects and tasks as and when required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management in an international environment
• Experience in IT licencing and/or Market Data procurement, especially within the commodity trading sector, is a strong plus
• Fluent in English (native, C2 or equivalent) and French, any other language is a plus
• University degree in Business, Technology or Engineering
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; PowerBI and/or Python is a plus
