• Development and optimisation of banking modules, innovations and regulations to adapt to customer needs
• Continuous consulting to improve business processes and support with technical and functional changes
• Integration of new modules and applications to enrich the information system
• Ensuring the operation and efficient resolution of incidents
• Analysing needs and proactively developing suitable solutions
• Responsibility for the end-to-end implementation of customer projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Use modern technologies for the development and implementation of customised solutions
• Collaboration in a dynamic and agile team environment with short decision-making processes
• Providing high-quality support and advice in all support processes
• Promoting continuous development through independent action and expert knowledge

Your skills

• A degree (Federal VET Diploma) in the relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Interest in and understanding of IT, business informatics or digital technologies
• Experience in customer contact, sales or consulting and high social skills
• Organised, independent and responsible way of working
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of databases, programming or software development
• Experience with agile methods and project management
• Technical understanding, especially in networks or IT security architectures
• High customer and service orientation, combined with a solution-orientated mindset
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training and adapt to new technologies
• Experience in change management or digital transformation
• Ability to analyse complex issues and develop solutions
• Very good German; French and English an advantage
