Play a central role in the design of next-generation processors, integrated circuits, and sensors

Senior Project Manager (m/f)

• Own and lead the full lifecycle of integrated circuit design projects, from strategic customer negotiations-primarily in the automotive sector-through release to high-volume production in Asia
• Provide strong technical and organizational leadership to cross-functional teams, coordinating and prioritizing activities across design, development, validation, pre-series, and mass production phases
• Prepare and launch new projects by actively participating in customer negotiations on all technical and organizational aspects
• Define and implement all project-related processes in close collaboration with R&D, validation, Quality Assurance, and pre-series production managers
• Communicate transversally across the organization to plan, drive, and monitor project progress, ensuring smooth execution and delivery
• Manage and organize the development of automated test programs for integrated circuits intended for high-volume production in Asia
• Leverage extensive experience in automotive integrated circuit design and industrialization, translating it into clear, logical, and efficient processes
• Ensure the successful execution of all ongoing projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and full compliance with applicable standards, including ISO 26262

• You hold a degree in microelectronics engineering or an equivalent field, and over at least 10 years of professional experience , you have had the opportunity to design, validate, and successfully launch advanced semiconductor devices into production
• You are familiar with automotive environments governed by ISO 26262 and have managed microelectronics projects, ideally within the automotive industry
• With a logical and analytical mindset , you naturally converge toward simple, efficient, and productive solutions and processes
• You are equally comfortable managing internal processes as well as external interfaces with customers and suppliers
• You are able to balance and arbitrate between cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance
• You have hands-on experience with project reviews , including design reviews, gate reviews, and customer reviews
• Comfortable with technical and industrial risk management (DFMEA / PFMEA, mitigation plans), you know when—and how—to say no when necessary
• You are results-oriented and strongly focused on customer satisfaction
• You value teamwork and thrive in collaborative and friendly working environments
• An excellent communicator , you know how to help people around you grow, and you are fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in French and German is a strong advantage
• You are willing to travel regularly within Europe to visit customers
