Your contribution to KPMG

• Calculating, advising on tax positions (current and deferred taxes) in financial statements prepared under IFRS
• Supporting our clients with tax reporting obligations
• Supporting our audit teams as the tax specialist on group and component audits, applying specialist knowledge and coordinating international teams
• Support the development of tools and standardized solutions in connection with tax accounting and reporting tasks
• Support on complex and multidisciplinary projects, taking on project management roles and driving projects forward
• Cross-functional collaboration with experts from other divisions and other tax specialists, particularly in the areas of International and Swiss Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT
• Close cooperation and coordination with our foreign KPMG offices on tax audits and projects for internationally active Swiss companies

This is what makes you successful

• Completed bachelor's degree in economics, accounting and finance or similar, ideally completed by knowledge on tax law
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in tax and accounting topics
• Fluency in English, French and German skills are an advantage
• Open and communicative personality with a solution-oriented and team player mindset
• Able to work under pressure and be flexible for a seasonal business model
• Understanding of US GAAP and Swiss GAAP FER are considered a plus
• Experience with IFRS is a must
• Experience with reporting tools such as Alteryx and Power BI
